About Me



My name is Rachel Cohen.


I am a cultivator of happiness and wellbeing through deliberate and mindful expressions of love, tolerance, compassion, growth, and gratitude. Developing daily commitments through intentional goals, pivotal actions, and a growth mindset, create a trajectory towards infinite possibility for productive changes in your personal and professional life. I nurture an environment that embraces the process by delivering productive results through individual or group sessions. Our work builds pathways towards authentic performance within the creative arts, athletics, and business.


I have a lifetime of experience in the creative arts both on and off stage, collegiate track & field and cross country, 20+ years in upper level management and operations, a BA in Dance with an emphasis in Musical Theatre as well as an MA in Performance Psychology. I intertwine experiential and theoretical knowledge to individualize a strategic plan for the cultivation of authentic expression within each client’s unique situation. Guided by education and through a self-directed journey, we will elevate your performance and develop actionable results.


I have a gamut of experience in multiple domains: creative arts, athletics, and business. This includes a plethora of life experiences that are integrated within my practice which allows me to connect through real life examples of overcoming situations and managing a number of performance related issues. I lead by example and practice performance psychology principles, one day at a time. I build upon a consistent mindfulness practice through intentional actions that support daily progress. I have perfectionistic tendencies and have learned through experience to bring self compassion and empathy into everything I do. I am patient, tolerant, goal oriented, and flexible which allows the space for an evolution where adaptability is a key component of my work. I am cheerful yet realistic, and have an action/solution based approach to everything I do. I am your teacher, partner, cheerleader, and accountability manager. I will do whatever it takes for us to actualize your goals through simple and effective strategies and techniques that are proven effective within the performance psychology field.
